What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI payments only — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any other UPI-enabled app. After placing your order you'll see a UPI QR code and payment address to complete the transaction.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS from us or our logistics partner.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status any time by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. You must inspect your package on delivery and notify us within 24 hours at hello@alphastore.in or WhatsApp +91 76238 81701. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. See our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.
How do I find my size?
Sizes listed are standard Indian/UK sneaker sizes. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Product pages show available sizes — out-of-stock sizes are shown but disabled. If you're unsure, message us before ordering.
My payment went through but I didn't get an order confirmation - what do I do?
If you completed the UPI payment and tapped "I've paid" on the checkout page, your order is logged and pending verification. Check your account under My Orders. If the order isn't there after a few minutes, email us at hello@alphastore.in with your UPI transaction reference and we'll sort it out.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently — we ship across India only.
