Shipping Policy

Processing & delivery time

We typically process and deliver orders within 5–7 working days. Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via the email address or phone number on your order. This comes from us or our logistics partner. Use the tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, email us at hello@alphastore.in and we'll look into it.

Delivery coverage

We ship across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our logistics partner will typically retry or hold the package at a local facility. If the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-deliveries caused by an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts.
